Broken tablet? That's bad news, hope that works out for you. A word of advice though, macs aren't all they're cracked up to be, I just had to get one for school (otherwise this very model would be in a starbucks somewhere being typed on by a turtlenecked guy with black rimmed glasses and a beard).
